Abstract
DC stabilized voltage power supply is widely used in teaching, scientific research, product
development, chemical industry, national defense and military affairs. In this paper, the
microcontroller is used as the microcontroller. At the same time, the digital tube display, digital
to analog conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, keyboard detection, voltage stabilizing and
voltage reducing technology are combined to design and realize a numerical control voltage
stabilizing power supply.
In this design, STC89C52 is used as the core processor. The user can use keyboard keys to
set the DC voltage value to be output. The chip TCL5615 is controlled by single-chip
microcomputer. After integrated operation amplifier lm358 and regulator TIP122, 0-12v
adjustable voltage is output. After that, the voltage and current signals on the load are sampled
by ADC0832, and the sampled voltage and current are sampled The current is converted into
digital signal and input to the single chip microcomputer. After processing the data, the single
chip microcomputer can judge whether the current on the load exceeds the safe range. If it
exceeds the safe range, the voltage output will be cut off to realize the purpose of overcurrent
protection. The output voltage value of the system is displayed by a four in one nixie tube, and
the step value of the output voltage is 0.1V.
The product is small in volume, stable in operation, high in safety, and guaranteed in
accuracy. After a little modification, it has great practical application value.
