摘 要
自建物流中心并且形成规模效应可以有效的降低企业的物流成本,自建物流
中心是企业未来发展的必然趋势。本文以钱大妈为例对实体店自建物流中心问题
进行了研究。通过研究本文发现大妈自建物流目前主要存在五个问题。分别为经
济负担增加导致抗风险能力降低;自营物流投入大导致运营成本较高;门店的配
送不及时配送的效率较低;物流与企业规模不匹配成本控制难;配送路线策划不
够合理时效性较低。针对这五个问题,经过研究与分析之后,本文制定了寻找投
资方共同承担资金方面风险;加强成本控制以降低物流运作成本;调整策略以提
升门店配送的及时率;扩大物流规模至与企业规模相符合;优化配送路线的设置
提升配送效率五项应对策略。

ABSTRACT
Self-built logistics centers and the formation of scale effects can effectively
reduce the logistics costs of enterprises. Self-built logistics centers are an inevitable
trend for the future development of enterprises. This article takes Money Boyle as an
example to study the problem of self-built logistics centers in physical stores.
Through the study of this paper, it is found that there are currently five problems with
the aunt's self-built logistics. Increased economic burden leads to a reduction in the
ability to resist risks; large self-operated logistics investment leads to higher operating
costs; store delivery is not timely and the efficiency of delivery is low; mismatch
between logistics and enterprise size is difficult to control costs; distribution route
planning is not reasonable and timely Lower. In response to these five problems, after
research and analysis, this article has formulated the search for investors to jointly
bear the risk of funds; strengthen cost control to reduce logistics operation costs;
adjust strategies to improve the timeliness of store distribution; expand the scale of
logistics to the size of the enterprise Consistent; five coping strategies for optimizing
the setting of distribution routes and improving distribution efficiency.
