摘 要
微信作为一款在 2011 年 1 月 21 推出的智能终端设备即时通讯应用,截至
2019 年第三季度微信的每月活跃的账户数的已经达到了 11.51 亿,在智能设备即
时通讯应用领域占有绝对的地位,且现如今其功能不仅仅局限于,还包括了娱乐
和生活服务。在如此庞大的用户资源下,许多企业展开了针对微信的网络营销,
但是在对微信进行网络营销之前,企业需要对微信营销模式有明确的认识,清晰
了解企业微信营销模式中的问题,并采取正确的策略,是企业能否在微信进行网
络营销取得成功的基础。在这种情况之下,本文针对企业在微信营销中的模式应
用进行研讨,分析企业微信营销中存的问题并提出相关的建议。
本文主要阐述了企业微信营销模式的相关概念及内涵,针对企业微信营销的
各个模式做了相应的分析,讨论了企业微信营销的问题与策略,就企业微信营销
发展的方向提出了个人的看法。
本文主要运用文献研究方法进行的专题分析。全文分五个部分:第一部分,
是对微信营销的概念与特征进行大致的叙述,并对企业微信营销中各个模式进行
了分析;第三部分,是对企业微信营销中现存问题的提出;第四部分是关于企业
微信营销的改进策略;最后,是对企业微信营销模式进行总结。

ABSTRACT
WeChat as a smart terminal device instant messaging application launched on
January 21, 2011, WeChat has reached 1.151 billion monthly active accounts in
WeChat by the third quarter of 2019, occupying an absolute share in the field of smart
device instant messaging applications Status, and now its function is not limited to,
but also includes entertainment and life services. With such huge user resources,
many companies have launched online marketing for WeChat, but in the process of
online marketing for WeChat, how should companies choose the appropriate WeChat
marketing model and how to adopt effective and efficient marketing methods. The
key to whether an enterprise can succeed in online marketing on WeChat. Under this
circumstance, this article discusses the application of WeChat's model in online
marketing, analyzes the problems in WeChat's marketing model and puts forward
relevant suggestions.
This article mainly elaborates the relevant concepts and connotations of WeChat
marketing, makes corresponding analysis for each model of WeChat marketing,
discusses the selection and construction of WeChat marketing model, puts forward
personal views on the direction of WeChat marketing development, and fits WeChat
marketing Suggestions for improvement in the future development direction.
This article mainly uses the thematic analysis of literature research methods. The
full text is divided into four parts: the first part is a general description of the concept
and characteristics of WeChat marketing; the second part is an analysis of the various
models in WeChat marketing; the third part is how to choose and build WeChat
models; Finally, we made predictions and suggestions for the development of WeChat
marketing.
