摘 要
高校是培养人才的重要场所,拥有大量的设备和器材,如实验室设备、学生
宿舍设备、教学设备等,这些设备的管理对于高校事业的顺利发展起着至关重要
的作用。随着高校信息化建设的不断深入,高校设备管理已逐渐成为学院日常教
学环节中不可获取的重要的工作之一。目前,高校设备管理工作仍有很大的改善
提升空间,一些高校设备管理存在着设备管理不到位、信息不及时、设备利用率
低等问题。因此,设计开发一种基于 Java 技术的高校设备管理系统,具有重要
的实际意义。
高校设备管理系统可以实现设备的快速定位、查询、管理,避免了繁琐的手
动管理,通过使用设备管理系统,管理员可以轻松地实现设备的采购申请发起、
报废申请审批等操作,极大地提高了日常办公效率。高校设备管理系统作为高校
设备管理工作的重要支撑,具有对设备进行全面管理、合理调配、有效使用的能
力,可以提高设备的利用率,并且对于高质量的教学科研活动和提升科技管理水
平均起到至关重要的作用。
本次高校设备管理系统的实现过程,它的开发使用 B/S 结构即浏览器和服务
器结构框架,前端采用 Java 开发语言,数据库使用了 Mysql 数据库,论文具体
内容包括系统的需求分析、设计原理与实现过程。本次设计采用了经典的
Model-View-Controller (MVC) 架构体系,充分考虑了日常设备管理的需要,提
供合理有效的解决方案,旨在提高高校设备管理运行效率的同时,也为高校信息
化建设作出贡献。本文结合系统开发流程,详细阐述了此次高校设备管理系统的
研究背景、设计理念、模型结构,同时简略介绍了开发使用的相关技术,并对系
统概要设计、系统实现与系统测试等进行了详细的说明。

Abstract
Colleges and universities are important places to train talents. They have a large
number of equipment and equipment, such as laboratory equipment, dormitory
equipment, teaching equipment, etc. The management of these equipment plays a
crucial role in the smooth development of colleges and universities. With the
deepening of information construction in colleges and universities, equipment
management has gradually become one of the important tasks which cannot be
obtained in the daily teaching. At present, the university equipment management work
still has a lot of room for improvement, some university equipment management is
not in place, information is not timely, low utilization of equipment problems.
Therefore, it is of great practical significance to design and develop a college
equipment management system based on Java technology.
College equipment management system can realize the rapid positioning, inquiry,
management of equipment, avoid tedious manual management, through the use of
equipment management system, administrators can easily implement equipment
purchase application launch, scrap application approval and other operations, greatly
improve the daily office efficiency. College equipment management system, as an
important support for college equipment management, has the ability to carry out
comprehensive management, reasonable deployment and effective use of equipment,
which can improve the utilization rate of equipment, and play a vital role in
high-quality teaching and research activities and improve the level of science and
technology management.
The implementation process of the college equipment management system, its
development using B/S structure that is browser and server structure framework, the
front-end uses Java development language, the database uses Mysql database, the
specific content of the paper includes the system requirements analysis, design
principle and implementation process. This design adopts the classic
Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture system, fully considers the needs of daily
equipment management, and provides reasonable and effective solutions. It aims to
improve the efficiency of equipment management in colleges and universities and
make contributions to the information construction in colleges and universities. In this
paper, combined with the system development process, elaborated the university
equipment management system research background, design concept, model structure,
at the same time a brief introduction to the development and use of related
technologies, and the system design, system implementation and system testing are
detailed.
