Things I need to be able to do with new boards.
1. Ability to change wave form shapes.
2. Voltage control (from software control)
3. Pulse Timing control
4. Temp. control (from software control)
5. Abc nozzle order control
6. Sub pixel Fine head alignment (from software control)
7. Voltage control per row in head. (from software control)
8. All the boards should be able to send logic to software for better error handling (examples
a. Ink float level status
b. When a pump runs
c. Is a limit switch active)
Connectors that are on the motor board can be on usb board instead if it makes more logical sense. Connectors on print board cannot be moved as would result in added cables in chain.
There will need to be logic on both usb board and head board to be able to communicate over fiber connector.
I am not sure what and how many dc voltage connectors will be need for each board.
