ABSTRACT
With the increasing number of various electrical equipments, low power factor and
harmonic pollution has become more and more serious. A large number of harmonicsinjected
into the publ ic grid generated by power electronic devices i s affect the quality of power supply,
anincrease of the loss of grid, seriously, may al so causethe device no working even damaged.
Use of Power Factor Correction (PFC) t echnology to limit the harmonic pollution in the
smaller rangeis a priority. The three-phase PFC technology plays a very important role in
addressing the electri city nui sance, and has become a hot researchin recent years.
This paper introducesthe status of the three-phase high power factor rectifi er circuit
topology, and summarizes the commonly used three-phase active power f actor correction
topology and control t echnology types and characteri sti cs. Based on one-cycle cont rol of
three-phase power factor correction VIEN NA st ructure are studied. The principle of one cycle
control was di scussedthe basic principles and characteristi cs, then buck ci rcuit as an example
of its control performance is analyzed. The mathematical model of VIEN NA is establi shed.
According to the above principle, thi s paper descri bes one cycle control for VIEN NA structure
PFC circuit. The power management chip IR1150S is selected as the core of the three
integration scheme in the control scheme. Designed a 2k W ofthree-phase VIEN NA rectifier
based on one-cycle control wi th high power factor, i ncluding the device parameter calculation,
setting and selection, especially give the input inductor and a driving transformer magneti c
element design method. This control method whi ch does not need a multiplier and an input
voltage detection device can achieve, and hasthe constant di rect current control. The control i s
simple and has less power switch tube.
The prototype was verified by the experiment, experimental resul ts prove that the circuit
andthe control mode is correct andfeasible, the input current cantrack the input voltage well,
the input power factor is higher, basical ly in 0.96 above. It shows that the circuit has strong
practicability and superiority.
