摘要
随着控制技术、计算机技术、网络通信技术的发展,企业综合自动化系统
对大范围信息共享的需求越来越迫切,因而对工业控制系统的开放性提出了越
来越高的要求。建立企业数据集成平台是建立企业信息化的迫切要求,而实时
数据库是流程工业综合自动化的基础,对企业生产运行、成本核算、物料跟踪、
质量管理等业务的持续改进具有重要意义。因此针对企业内部的制造及生产过
程,采用制造执行系统提高企业内部制造资源数据的共享。
通过采用 MES 系统设计将客户端、管理端、库房端、工位端集于一体,实
现从客户查看产品信息到下订单,从管理员查看订单信息到制定加工计划,库
房人员根据库房物料信息进行产品添加和产品结构添加,工位端人员根据管理
人员制定的加工计划。根据管理端人员的权限,管理端人员可进行加工进度、
库存信息、货品信息、人员信息的添加和查询,实现了从用户下单到产品加工
的一体化流程,加快了从生产到完工的进度。
采用制造执行系统,一方面实现了企业内部制造信息的共享,另一方面加
快了企业生产的进度,解决了因企业内部信息共享不全面所带来的一系列问题,
大大以提高了制造产品的效率和速度,实现了又好又快的发展目标,也为企业
的信息化发展带来了更大,更全面的发展空间。

ABSTRACT
With the development of control technology, computer technology, network
communication technology, the enterprise integrated automation system is more and
more urgent for the wide range of information sharing, so the opening of industrial
control system has put forward higher and higher requirements. The establishment of
enterprise data integration platform is an urgent requirement for the establishment of
enterprise information, and real-time database is the basis of comprehensive
automation of process industry, which is of great significance to the continuous
improvement of enterprise production and operation, cost accounting, material
tracking, quality management and other businesses. Therefore, aiming at the internal
manufacturing and production process, the manufacturing execution system is
adopted to improve the sharing of internal manufacturing resource data.
Through the adoption of MES system design to the client, client management,
warehouse side, and set at an organic whole, implementation from the customer to
check the product information to the order from the administrator to check the order
information to process planning, warehouse personnel according to the warehouse
material information to add, add the products and product structure station personnel
according to the management of processing plan. According to the authority of the
management personnel, the management personnel can add and query the processing
progress, inventory information, goods information and personnel information, so as
to realize the integration process from user ordering to product processing and
accelerate the progress from production to completion.
The manufacturing execution system, on the one hand, implementation of
enterprise manufacturing information sharing, on the other hand to speed up the
production schedule, and solved for information sharing within the enterprise of a
series of problems brought by the incomplete, greatly to improve the efficiency and
speed of the manufacturing products, achieve the sound and rapid development, also
brought the information development of the enterprise is bigger, more comprehensive
development space.
