摘 要
智慧社区业务综合管理平台是一种基于互联网和物联网技术的智能化管理系统,旨在
为社区内的各项业务提供高效便捷的管理服务。本文以某城市社区为例,从需求分析、系
统设计、数据采集与处理、功能实现等方面进行了深入研究和探讨。在需求分析阶段,我
们通过对用户需求和社区运营情况的调查,确定了系统所需的基本功能模块,包括物业管
理、安全监控、环境卫生、社区活动等。在系统设计阶段,我们采用了分层架构设计和模
块化开发思路,保证了系统的稳定性和可扩展性。该智慧社区业务综合管理平台具有方便
快捷、高效精准、智能化管理等优点,可以为社区管理者提供更好的决策支持和服务,同
时也为社区居民提供更加便捷的生活方式。
智慧社区业务综合管理平台基于Java语言开发,采用前后端分离的技术架构,前端采
用Vue.js,后端采用SpringBoot框架,采用MySQL数据库。

ABSTRACT
The intelligent community business integrated management platform is the 1 intelligent
management system based on Internet and Internet of Things technology, which aims to provide
efficient and convenient management services for various businesses in the community. Taking
an urban community as an example, this paper makes an in-depth study and discussion from the
aspects of demand analysis, system design, data collection and processing, and function
realization. In the demand analysis stage, through the investigation of user needs and community
operations, we determined the basic functional modules required by the system, including
property management, safety monitoring, environmental sanitation, and community activities. In
the system design phase, we adopted the hierarchical architecture design and modular
development ideas to ensure the stability and scalability of the system. The smart community
business integrated management platform has the advantages of convenience, efficiency,
precision, and intelligent management. It can provide community managers with better decision
support and services, and also provide community residents with a more convenient lifestyle.
