The License Manager is required in order to
a. license any PSCAD V3 Commercial, Educational Editions,
b. license LiveWire Professional,
c. license multiple instances of PSCAD {x4, V4 or V3} or LiveWire,
d. license multiple users of PSCAD {x4, V4, or V3} or LiveWire.
If you downloaded the License Manager installer separately from the PSCAD x4 installation,
and want the PSCAD installer to install it, then
1. ensure that it called setup.exe
2. place the setup.exe file in this directory
3. launch the PSCAD installer, and it should give you the option to install the License Manager.
