摘 要
现代经济快节奏发展以及不断完善升级的信息化技术,让传统数据信息的管
理升级为软件存储,归纳,集中处理数据信息的管理方式。本社区养老服务系统
就是在这样的大环境下诞生,其可以帮助使用者在短时间内处理完毕庞大的数据
信息,使用这种软件工具可以帮助管理人员提高事务处理效率,达到事半功倍的
效果。此社区养老服务系统利用当下成熟完善的 Spring Boot 框架,使用跨平台
的可开发大型商业网站的 Java 语言,以及最受欢迎的 RDBMS 应用软件之一的
MySQL 数据库进行程序开发。社区养老服务系统有管理员,用户两个角色。管
理员功能有个人中心,用户管理,服务种类管理,社区服务管理,服务预约管理,
物品种类管理,物品信息管理,借用信息管理,归还信息管理,活动分离管理,
社区活动管理,活动报名管理,疫情监控管理,物业收费管理,资讯中心管理,
意见中心管理,系统管理。用户可以注册登录,查看管理员发布的各中心信息,
可以服务预约,借用归还,活动报名,发布自己的疫情监控信息,查看物业收费
等操作。社区养老服务系统的开发根据操作人员需要设计的界面简洁美观,在功
能模块布局上跟同类型网站保持一致,程序在实现基本要求功能时,也为数据信
息面临的安全问题提供了一些实用的解决方案。可以说该程序在帮助使用者高效
率地处理工作事务的同时,也实现了数据信息的整体化,规范化与自动化。

Abstract
The fast-paced development of the modern economy and the continuous improvement
and upgrading of information technology have upgraded the management of
traditional data information to a management method of software storage, induction,
and centralized processing of data information. This community pension service
system was born in such a large environment. It can help users process huge data
information in a short time. Using this software tool can help managers improve
transaction processing efficiency and achieve multiplier effect with half the effort.
This community pension service system utilizes the current mature and perfect Spring
Boot framework, uses the cross-platform Java language that can develop large-scale
commercial websites, and the MySQL database, one of the most popular RDBMS
application software, for program development. The community pension service
system has two roles of administrator and user. The administrator functions include
personal center, user management, service type management, community service
management, service reservation management, item type management, item
information management, borrowing information management, return information
management, activity separation management, community activity management,
activity registration management, Epidemic monitoring management, property fee
management, information center management, opinion center management, system
management. Users can register and log in, view the information of each center
released by the administrator, make service reservations, borrow and return, register
for activities, publish their own epidemic monitoring information, and view property
charges. The development of the community pension service system is designed
according to the needs of operators. The interface is simple and beautiful, and the
layout of functional modules is consistent with the same type of website. When the
program realizes the basic required functions, it also provides some practical solutions
to the security problems faced by data and information. Program. It can be said that
this program not only helps users to deal with work affairs efficiently, but also
realizes the integration, standardization and automation of data information.
