前 言
Q/GDW 1376 —2012《电力用户用电信息采集系统通信协议》 是根据国家电网公司 2012 年度企业标
准制修订计划任务(国家电网科[ 2012]66 号)的安排,对 Q/GDW 376—2009《电力用户用电信息采
集系统通信协议》的修订。
与原标准相比,本次修订做了如下重大调整和修订:
——增加了磁场异常事件记录;
——增加了终端对时事件记录;
——增加了集中器与本地通信模块交互流程;
——增加了采集终端远程通信模块接口协议( Q/GDW 1376 的第 3 部分)。
Q/GDW 1376 —2012《电力用户用电信息采集系统通信协议》分为下列 3 个部分:
—— Q/GDW 1376.1《电力用户用电信息采集系统通信协议 第 1 部分:主站与采集终端通信协议》 ;
—— Q/GDW 1376.2《电力用户用电信息采集系统通信协议 第 2 部分:集中器本地通信模块接口
协议》;
—— Q/GDW 1376.3《电力用户用电信息采集系统通信协议 第 3 部分:采集终端远程通信模块接
口协议》。
Q/GDW 1376 —2012 实施后代替 Q/GDW 376 — 2009。
本部分是 Q/GDW 1376 —2012《电力用户用电信息采集系统通信协议》的第 1 部分。
本部分是《电力用户用电信息采集系统》系列标准之一,本部分规定了用电信息采集系统中主站和
终端之间进行数据传输的帧格式、数据编码及传输规则。
本部分由国家电网公司营销部提出并解释;
本部分由国家电网公司科技部归口。
本部分起草单位:中国电力科学研究院、湖南省电力公司、浙江省电力公司、重庆市电力公司、上
海市电力公司、江苏省电力公司、安徽省电力公司、福建省电力有限公司

第 1 部分:主站与采集终端通信协议
1 范围
本部分规定了电力用户用电信息采集系统主站和采集终端之间进行数据传输的帧格式、 数据编码及
传输规则。
本部分适用于点对点、多点共线及一点对多点的通信方式,适用于主站对终端执行主从问答方式以
及终端主动上传方式的通信。

3 术语、定义和缩略语
3.1 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本部分。
3.1.1
终端地址 terminal address
系统中终端设备的地址编码,简称终端地址。
3.1.2
系统广播地址 system broadcast address
系统中所有终端都应该响应的地址编码。
3.1.3
终端组地址 terminal group address
具有某一相同属性的终端群组编码,如属于同一行业、同一变电站、同一线路,响应同一个命令。
3.1.4
主站地址 master station address
主站中具有通信需求的对象(如工作站、应用功能模块等)的编码。
3.1.5
电能示值 indicated energy value
电能表计度器电能示值的简称。
3.1.6
测量点 measured point
指可以测量出唯一的一组电气量值的测量装置与终端的顺序电气连接点, 当物理上相同的一个电气
连接点被多个装置所测量, 或者被一个装置所测量但通过多种方式被传递到终端时, 按照多个测量点计,
每个测量点具有唯一的逻辑定位编码,是该装置在终端的参数配置、数据应用的唯一对象标识。
