摘 要
当下的时代中,信息的数字化表现让人们接收信息的渠道从原本的线下逐渐
的转移至了线上。现在数字传媒的发展速度惊人,数字行业的发展持续的兴旺,
让信息的传递更加的快速,消除了信息的壁垒,带给人们更加愉快的信息获取体
验。而随着数字行业的不断发展,现在的数字化的信息、数字化的音乐、电影等
等也会因为高速的网络化而受到了安全问题的冲击,盗版的猖獗,是的整个数字
多媒体受到的侵权事件频发,极大的影响了创作者的个人利益,如何保证网络安
全,如何让数字媒体得到权益保护,是当下被高度关注的内容之一,而数字水印
技术则成为了保护创作者版权的一种非常好的保护手段。本次通过对数字水印的
相关文献进行研究,通过加入小波变换算法来提升数字水印的安全性,通过将图
像进行以及小波分解,通过多层次的方式实现水印的嵌入,从而加强水印的安全
强度。本次通过以 Python 技术来进行 B/S 系统的开发,在网站系统中就能够实
现图像的水印添加和水印的检测,实现了很好的功能应用实现,为数字加密的应
用提供了一定的研究经验。

Abstract
In today's era, the digital representation of information allows people to receive
information from the original offline channel to the online gradually. Now the
development speed of digital media is amazing, the development of digital industry
continues to flourish, which makes the transmission of information faster, eliminates
the barriers to information, and gives people a more pleasant information acquisition
experience. With the continuous development of the digital industry, digital
information, digital music, movies and so on will also be impacted by security
problems due to the high-speed networking. The rampant piracy is the frequent
infringement of the entire digital multimedia, which greatly affects the personal
interests of the creator. How to ensure the security of the network and how to protect
the rights and interests of digital media is one of the highly concerned content at
present. Digital watermarking technology has become a very good means to protect
the copyright of authors. This paper studies the relevant literature of digital
watermarking, and improves the security of digital watermarking by adding the
wavelet transform algorithm. By decomposing the image and the wavelet, the
watermarking is embedded in a multi-level way, which strengthens the security
strength of the watermarking. This time, through the development of B/S system with
Python technology, image watermark addition and detection can be achieved in the
website system, which achieves a good function application and provides some
research experience for the application of digital encryption.
