刷机方法: ①、本地媒体升级:将升级压缩包(5S21_K2_Vxxxx.zip文件)复制到U盘的根目录(单分区普通U盘,不能使用酷开U盘);给电视机上电,让其进入开机状态;开机后将U盘插入电视机的相应端口,依次按遥控器的“主页”、“左”键,进入“本地媒体”页面,找到选择5S21_K2_Vxxxx.zip文件,按“确定”键,电视机将自动升级(升级时间大约需要5分钟,升级过程中不要断电,否则,可能会造成机器无法升级或升级失败而不能开机);升级完成后,系统会自动重启,电视机会自动开机。 ②、Recocery升级:将升级压缩包(5S21_K2_Vxxxx.zip文件)复制到U盘的根目录(单分区普通U盘,不能使用酷开U盘);电视拔掉电源插头,在给电视机上电同时按住“待机”键5秒左右,电视机主界面出现U盘升级对话框,点击升级,电视机将自动升级(升级时间大约需要5分钟,升级过程中不要断电,否则,可能会造成机器无法升级或升级失败而不能开机);升级完成后,系统会自动重启,电视机会自动开机。
