Abstract
With the steady development of economy, especially in Internet technology, exchange rate
for modern substances are speeding quickly and the new economy schema is gradually shaping,
that is to say we have entered a new economy age, however, the new economy is not absolutely
built on net, which lead to its development still partly depend on logistics. Only when modern
logistics is fully applied, could E-business offer safe 、 quick service, so, the third part logistics
possesses tremendous potential and begin burst into limelight, and it would become unsubstitute
industry inevitably at last. However, unreasonable division of labor, backward equipment of
technique, and single form of logistics is commonly permeated in present logistics. With the
China’s entry into WTO, our logistics would confront with lots of severe problems, but
opportunities also exist with challenges. After abundant survey of market, we put forward a
concept to establish a new-type the third part logistics provider, and the following are main parts
of our prospectus.
The first part is executive summary. Staple comment in each part of this commercial
planning are initially in this part, and here, you also will have some ideas about our project.
The second part is brief introduction for company, including company name, operating
concept, company culture and company aim.
The third part is service description. We have made some detailed description about our
service, service feature and subdivision of service and so on.
The fourth part is market analysis. In this part,market background、market situation、market
development trend are finished.
The fifth part is competition analysis. In the light of the existing and substitute competitors,
we use SWOT matrix to indicate our strength (S) and our weakness (W), and make our kernel
competence clear.
The sixth part is marketing. This part describe our market, target market and market entrance
and so on, it also comprehensively indicate our marketing methods, not only our seed stage, but
medium and long term strategy.
The next three parts are our management system, and human resource is real the kernel factor
among them.
The tenth part and eleventh part are company strategy and development planning. The
strategy includes company initial medium-term and long-term tactic and development aim.
The twelfth and thirteenth part are investment analysis and investment exit. From the
investor’s view, the fund direction, investment benefit and risk analysis are declared here.
The fourteenth part is also a important point in our prospectus, associated with some financial
tables make detailed analysis for company’s finance aim, annual development and budget.
The last part are some analysis for risk, tangled with 14 parts above, a complete commercial
planning are finished. Striving for sufficient data, reasonable expression when designing the
prospectus, making lots of concrete, comprehensive analysis for outside and inside our company.
