摘要:随着我国市场经济的不断发展,市场上各要素的配置愈加充分合理,城市
人民的生活水平的提高了不少,在企业的竞争中,谁能降低成本、提高效益,谁
就在市场中占有利地位。城市居民几乎每次每户每家都有一辆小汽车,出门在外
很难找到停车的地方,甚至在自己家小区也需要排队买车位,这是让人十分头疼
头疼的生活问题非常现实,这也是政府正在着手找办法等待解决的问题。那么我
们该如何解决这些问题呢,他最有效的办法就是建立立体车库立体车库的优势就

和汽车专用升力型。通过对上述那种类型命题者的全方面比较和分析选取这种之

根据所选塔式立体车库控制系统的方案,研究并设计了相应的控制系统硬件
部分模型。通过对硬件主要电气部件工作原理的分析,选择了电气部件模型。如:
选用三菱设计生产的 fx2n-128mr 可编程逻辑控制器为核心控制器;根据车库运
行控制要求,编写控制系统软件部分原地等待策略,拿起优先级策略和保存优先
级策略程序;根据建设实验平台的要求,通过排队理论优化算法对塔式立体车库
实验平台进行实验研究,得出了现场候车、优先采车、并对车辆存储的优先级进
行了比较和分析,验证了现场候车策略是最佳的塔式立体车库访问车辆策略。解
决了现代塔式立体声车库效率低、能耗高的问题,在很大程度上实现了塔式立体
声车库车辆进入路径的优化。

Abstract:With the rapid development of our national economy, the living standards
of urban residents have been continuously improved, the ownership of cars has been
rapidly improved, it is difficult to stop at home, and it is difficult to find parking space
at home is the most headache of urban residents at present, and it is also a social
problem that the government needs to solve. The three-dimensional garage is the most
effective way to solve these problems. Its advantages are small area and high
efficiency of access car. The intelligent and automated garage is the main direction of
the development of the contemporary garage. It is of great practical significance to
study the design and manufacture of intelligent three-dimensional garage.
The topic briefly introduces nine kinds of three-dimensional parking equipment: lift
and lift horizontal, simple lift, vertical cycle, horizontal cycle, plane movement,
multi-layer cycle, roadway stacking, vertical lift and automotive lift. Then through the
above types of three-dimensional garage comparison analysis, selected the main
research object of this paper-tower type three-dimensional garage. Then, by analyzing
and comparing the control scheme of the control system: relay control scheme, single
chip microcomputer control scheme and programmable logic controller control
scheme, the programmable logic controller is chosen as the core control element of
the tower stereo garage control system. Through the research and analysis of the
queuing algorithm of the garage access vehicle strategy, the queuing mathematical
model of the tower three-dimensional garage is established. Through the MATLAB
simulation analysis, the in-situ waiting strategy, the priority strategy for the
acquisition of vehicles, and the priority strategy for the storage of vehicles are
improved. The efficiency of the tower three-dimensional garage operation, Compared
with traditional control methods, it has obvious advantages.
According to the scheme of the selected tower three-dimensional garage control
system, the corresponding model is studied and designed for the hardware part of the
control system. Through the analysis of the working principle of the main electrical
components of the hardware part, the electric component model is selected. Such as:
choose Mitsubishi's design and production of FX2N-128MR programmable logic
controller as the core controller; According to the garage operation control
requirements, write the control system software part-in situ waiting strategy, pick up
priority strategy and save priority strategy program; According to the requirement to
build an experimental platform, through the queuing theory optimization algorithm on

strategy. This paper solves the problems of low efficiency and high energy
consumption of the modern tower stereo garage and realizes the optimization of the
access path of the tower stereo garage vehicle to a large extent.
