Hi,
Here we are describing how you can setup the script we are sending on your server.
STEP 1
First of all you should change the password, username and database name in the myconnect.php
files located at two places:
Root of the website
Admin directory
You will find comments to guide you further on this in the myconnect.php file itself.
STEP 2
You can also keep the script in any subdirectory or in your website root (typically, public_html).
You need to copy all the files we are sending in that directory. (You can exclude the db directory
from this).
STEP 3
After this you need to setup the database:
(For address of your cpanel you should ask your webhost or fetch it from the email that
you got from your webhost when you purchased the web space).
1. For this you can go to you administration panel ie. the cpanel.
2. In cpanel click on the icon "MySQL" databases. This will take you to your phpMyadmin.
3. In phpMyadmin you should click on your database name and then in the right hand side panel
click on the "SQL" Tab.
4. On this screen you will see a browse button. Click on it and point to the .sql file located in the
"db" directory of the script we sent to you.
5. Once you execute this file, it will setup the database for you.
STEP 4
If you face any difficulty in uploading the images please enable write permissions for the folder
“uploadedimages” at your script root. This you can typically do with chmod 777 command.
ADMIN PANEL
