摘 要
本工程为####市伊滨区行政办公楼工程,采用框架结构,主体为五层,
局部六层,本地区抗震设防烈度为 7 度,近震,场地类别为 II 类场地。主导
风向为西南,基本风压 0.40KN/M,基本雪压 0.35 KN/M。楼﹑屋盖均采用现
浇钢筋混凝土结构。
本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。按照建筑设计规
范,认真考虑影响设计的各项因素。根据结构与建筑的总体与细部的关系。
这份毕业设计主要包括建筑设计部分和结构设计部分,建筑设计部分主
要包括建筑外观立面、剖面、房间布置、各节点详图、个各部位做法等方面;
结构设计方面包括了结构的布置、基础设计、结构构件的配筋设计。具体包
括梁板设计、楼梯间计算、内力组合、框架配筋、基础设计等方面。本设计
主要进行了结构方案中横向框架第 4 轴抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后,计
算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)和水
平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。进行内力组合找出最不利
的一组或几组内力组合。选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。本设计采用扩
展柱下独立基础,对独立基础进行了受力和配筋计算。
整个结构在设计过程中,严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参考相关资
料和有关最新的国家标准规范,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考
虑。总之,适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则。设计合理可行的
建筑结构方案是现场施工的重要依据。

This program is for Yibindistrict administrative office building of ####,
The building adopted a framework structure is a five-storey for main and
six-storey for part . We set the earthquake intensity for 7 degrees , near
earthquake, and Construction site for the Class 2 category in the region . And set
the leading wind direction for southwest wind . Basic wind pressure for 0.40
KN / M, and basic snow pressure 0.35KN/M. Floor roof were all use
cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure.
The design and implementing practical, safe, economic, aesthetic "design
principles.In accordance with the architectural design specifications, and to
seriously consider the various factors affecting the design. According to the
overall structure and architecture and detail.
This design consists of two parts, namely the construction design and the
structure design. The construction design mainly includes The exterior of the
building facade、Profile, room layout, each node map, each site practices etc.; the
structure design is made up of the layout of the structure, basis design,
specifically including the respects of Beam and slab design、Stair calculation、
The combination of internal forces、Reinforced frame、Foundation design and so
forth. The framework of fourth horizontal axis seismic is designed in this
solution, and after the establishment of the layout of structure, the The most
disadvantaged group or several groups of a combination of internal forces will
be found through the conduct of The combination of internal forces, after the
calculation of Vertical load(Constant load and live load). Under the structure
of internal force ( bending Moment, shear, axial force under the action of
horizontal loads ) and the structural internal force ( bending moment, shearing
force, axial force).The most secure result will be selected to calculate
