基于单片机的多功能电子医药盒设计与实现
摘 要
飞速发展的嵌入式设备技术为医疗的发展带来了无穷无尽的发展动力。计算机发展
已经进入移动时代且日益普及,将移动的主体通过网络与庞大的数字空间结合在一起,
让随时随地的医疗监护成为可能。现代社会的快节奏生活让我们可以在忙碌的时间利用
计算机科学技术备忘我们的生活计划,让我们更加便利地规划我们的生活。
使用多功能电子医药盒能大大提高人们的生活效率,可以给年轻人在忙碌的工作时
提醒吃药的时间;可以提醒老年人按时吃药、安全吃药。
本次设计是在运用成品嵌入式计算机的基础上,使得人类的语言无线遥控单片机的
运作得以实现。使单片机无线控制开启的药盒,实现声控单片机的运行。支持设定每种
药物的服用时间,自动提醒和控制仓盖开启,提示出药数量。同时,具有时间的记忆功
能。
本次设计的课题难点在于单片机外围电路的设计和控制程序的编写,拟解决的关键
问题在于语音识别。在外围电路方面,电源电路、音频电路、I/O电路等外围电路可使
单片机的各项功能得以实现。而复位按键,状态指示灯等等的功能电路也是必要的。在
芯片方面,ATMEGA16L微处理器和凌阳SPCE061A微处理器以及二者的组合应用是三
种备选设计方案。两种微控制器都具有丰富的片上系统资源,加上一切辅助电路可实现
语音辨识功能,完成各种功能的要求。指令系统上也都支持C语言,给程序员的编写,
和读取提供了便捷。在语音指令方面,可利用单片机的特定人语音识别功能来实现。首
先对电子药盒进行训练。以语音命令转换为数字信号的方式存储在单片机FLASH存储器
中。在需要控制药仓开启的时候,单片机通过采集声音信号,并量化处理为数字信号后,
与存储器中预先存储的控制命令进行辨识,结果以字节数据方式从无线模组发出,药盒
接收到控制指令后,控制驱动芯片和舵机,使电子药盒完成响应动作。

Abstract
The rapid development of embedded equipment technology for the development of medical
development has brought endless power. Computer development has entered the era of mobile
and the increasing popularity, the main body of will move through the network and huge
number space together, make it possible for anywhere in a medical ward. The fast pace of
modern society life let we can in the busy time using computer science technology to cheat
our life plan, let us to plan our life more convenient.
Using multi-function electronic medicine box can greatly improve the efficiency of
people's life, can take medicine to the young people in the busy work to remind of time; Can
remind the elderly security to take medicine on time.
This design is the use of the finished product, on the basis of embedded computer, makes
the human language wireless remote control operation of the MCU. Make open PCS wireless
MCU, the operation of acoustic control single chip microcomputer. Support set each medicine
taking time, automatic alert and control cover open, revealed in medicine. At the same time,
has the memory function of time.
The design task difficulty lies in the MCU peripheral circuit design and the control program
written, is proposed to solve the key problem lies in speech recognition. In terms of the
peripheral circuit, power circuit, audio circuit, I/O circuit and other peripheral circuit can
make the various functions of single-chip microcomputer. The reset button, the state of light
and so on the function of the circuit is necessary. In terms of chip ATMEGA16L
microprocessor and sunplus SPCE061A microprocessor, and the combination of the two
applications is three alternative design scheme. Both micro controller has rich on-chip system
resources, plus all the auxiliary circuit can realize the function of speech recognition,
complete with the various demands of the function. Instructions on the system support the C
language, and also give programmers write, provides a convenient and read. In the aspect of
voice commands, can use MCU speaker-dependent speech recognition. First of all to
medicine for training. By voice command can be converted into digital signal is stored in the
MCU FLASH memory. When opening the need to control drug storehouse, single-chip voice
signal, through gathering and quantify for digital signal, and the storage pre-stored control
commands are identified, the results by bytes of data from the wireless module, pill boxes
receives the control command, the control drive chip and steering gear, make medicine
complete response action.
