摘 要
面对日益严峻的能源形势,化工燃料日益枯竭,全球范围的能源困局,迫使
世界各国不得不讨论后续能源的接续问题。风力发电因投资小、清洁无污染、资
源分布广而受到人们的广泛关注。但由于风资源的不确定性和风电机组本身的运
行特性使风电机组的输出电量是波动的,当风电机组并网运行时,会影响电网的
电能质量,如电压偏差、电压波动和闪变、谐波等 ,严重时会对弱电网的安全稳
定性造成危害,因此风力发电场对接入电网的影响不容忽视。
因此,本论文提出并设计了基于当今测量领域的最新技术——虚拟仪器技术
为平台的电能质量参数监测系统,系统能够对电压、电流、频率、三相电压不平
衡度、电网谐波、电压波动和闪变等电力参数实时地监测,并且具有实时的分析
功能。

Abstract
Facing with increasingly serious energy situation, chemical fuels are depleted, the
global energy predicament, forcing countries around the world have to discuss the
follow up the issue of energy.
Wind power generation due to less investment, Clean
pollution-free, wide distribution of resources and was put attention by people.
However,
due to the uncertainty of the wind resource and Their own wind turbine operating
characteristics make the output of wind turbine power is fluctuating, when the wind
turbine operate connect grid, it will affect the power quality, such as voltage deviation,
voltage fluctuations and Flicker, harmonics, etc, security and stability of the weak
power grid would cause harm, so wind power on accessing power grid can’t be ignored.
