摘 要
本文主要进行了办公楼设计。设计的内容包括结构设计和施工组织设计两部分。设
计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,建筑层数为四层,建筑总高度 16.2m,总建筑面积 3500
㎡。根据设计要求,设防烈度为 6 度,抗震等级为四级,设计中只考虑了抗震构造要求。
选取了一榀框架进行计算,同时也进行了板计算、楼梯计算及基础计算。计算内容包括框
架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算;恒载、活载、风荷载作用下构件弯矩、剪力及轴
力的计算;框架内力组合;框架梁柱配筋计算;楼梯配筋计算及基础配筋计算。框架受力
钢筋主要采用 HRB335 级钢筋,箍筋主要采用 HPB235 级钢筋;基础采用钢筋混凝土柱下独
立基础。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的合理性。
通过对本办公楼的设计计算和施工图的绘制,熟悉了设计的全过程,掌握了结构设计
计算的基本方法。同时,对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解,从而提高
了分析和解决实际问题的能力。
