Abstract
With the development of industry . electric heating furnace is more and more widely
used .Temperature is important parameter of electric heating furnace . and the demand of
temperature control is increasing. The traditional control method usually base on a precise
mathematical model , nevertheless . for the electric heating furnace control system with the
characteristic of non-linear,pure time-delay , large inertia . time-variation and unidirectional
rising.It is difficult establish a precise mathematical model.
It will appear steady-state error due to the complex algorithm and imperfect theory of fuzzy
control Traditional PID control Call mostly meet the control demand for its maturity and easy
comply,but its efficiency relies on its parameter-tuning And because of the conflict between
quickness and the small temperature oversetting point,it probably can’t meet the control demand
In this paper,fuzzy control and traditional PID control are combined .And fuzzy control rules
are established basing on manual experience.The new method can tune the PID parameters on
line,and it can improve the control efficiency.
This paper proposes a method of electric heating furnace control system basing0nfuzzy PID
control Firstly . 1tpresentsthe design of fuzzy PID controller And then the comparison of the
efficiency between fuzzy PID and traditional PID ls made according to the result of simulation
Analysis about feasibility of using fuzzy PID control in electric heating furnace control system is
also made At last ,traditional PID control method and fuzzy PID control method were debugged
in electric heating furnace control system. The result shows that the fuzzy P1D control method is
superior to traditional PID control method
