基于单片机的光栅位移数据采集电路设计
摘 要:设计了一种基于 AT89S51 单片机开发的光栅位移传感器对线性位移进行测量的
电路。其硬件设计主要包括数据采集、辨向、 数据处理、和数据显示。设计思路:把读
数头输出的信号(脉冲电信号),经过差分放大,硬件电路辩向,送入计数器 74LS193
加减计数,利用 AT89S51 单片机进行信号处理,最终转换成实际的线性位移值显示出来。
系统电路能显示光栅位移传感器的位移值和对移动方向进行指示。具有当前位移定位功
和移动方向判别等功能, 易于与单片机或者微机的 I∕O 口相连接而实现可编程控制。
实验结果表明, 该数据采集电路抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠,控制方便。若加上键盘
操控、D∕A 转换和直流无刷电动机构成闭环系统,能运用于普通机床进行数控改造,由
于我国企业中还有相当比例的普通机床,若利用此设计方法,具备成本低,可控精度高
的优点。所以本设计具有很高的实用价值,与市场前景。

Design of data acquisition circuit for grating displacement
sensor based MCU
Abstract:Design of AT89S51 microcontroller based data acquisition circuit
grating displacement. The hardware design includes data collection, identified
to, data processing, and data displaying. The reading head output signal (pulse
signal), through the differential amplifier, the hardware circuit to debate,
into the counter 74LS193 counting addition and subtraction, using AT89S51
microcontroller for signal processing, ultimately converted into linear
displacement of the actual displayed . System circuit can show the displacement
of grating displacement sensor and the direction of the movement direction.
Success with the current positioning and direction of displacement as
distinguishing features, easy and Microcontroller or microcomputer of the I /
O port connected to the realization of programmable control. Experimental
results show that the data acquisition circuit interference capability, stable,
reliable and convenient control. Together with the keyboard control, D / A
converter and brushless DC motor closed loop system, CNC machine tools can be
applied to transform ordinary, as there is a considerable proportion of
enterprises of general machine tools, if using this method, we have low cost,
controlled high precision. Therefore, the design has high practical value, and
market prospects.
