Getting the Mastering MATLAB Toolbox
The Mastering MATLAB Toolbox may be obtained from the following archive sites:
ftp://ftp.eece.maine.edu/pub/mm5/
http://www.eece.maine.edu/mm
This version of the toolbox contains P-files. These P-files retain all of the
functionality of the Toolbox function M-files, but contain no help text or
source code. When you register, you will receive an e-mail message containing
a personalized key code and instructions for converting the P-files into the
M-file sources including all help text and html help files.

How To Register
You can register one of two ways: on-line registration using a web browser (the
preferred method as well as the fastest), or off-line registration using the Register
program.
Our online registration can be found at:
http://order.kagi.com/?4D8
A secure server (SSL enabled) is available at:
http://order.kagi.com/?4D8&S
On-line registrations are processed immediately.
Otherwise, open the Register program and fill out the form. You need to enter your
name, e-mail, postal address (optional), and the number of single-user licenses you
desire (or Site or World-Wide licenses). The form accepts many different payment
methods such as: US Check, Money Order, Cash (in many different currencies), Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, First Virtual, and Invoice (to be given to your accounts
payable department).
If paying with a Credit Card or First Virtual, you can register on-line or e-mail the
data generated by the Register program or fax the data to Kagi. Credit card information
is encrypted by the Register program. To e-mail the data, select Copy from the register
program and Paste into your e-mail message. If you have a fax-modem, you can Print
the data to the Kagi fax number below. Payments sent by e-mail are processed within
3-4 days. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment when it is processed. Payments
sent via fax take up to 10 days with an e-mail acknowledgment.
If you are paying with Cash or USD Check you should print the data using the Register
application and mail it along with your payment to the address below. Note that mail
payments can take up to 10 days to process AFTER receipt by Kagi. At present, checks
must be drawn in US Dollars. Kagi cannot accept checks in other currencies as the
conversion fee for non-USD checks is around USD 15 per check.
If you have a purchasing department, you can enter all the data into the Register
program and select Invoice as your payment method. Print three copies of the form
and send it to your accounts payable people. You might want to highlight the line
that mentions that they must include a copy of the form with their payment.
