1 VT System 总体介绍及特性说明
1.1 总体介绍
若希望彻底的进行 ECU 测试,不仅需要将通信网络连接到测试系统,还需要对 ECU 的 I/O 供电进行连接
处理。
VT System 即为 Vector 提供的模块化且可扩展的测试系统。可用于 ECU 功能测试、总线一致性测试、
UDS 诊断测试、环境耐久测试等各类自动化、手动测试验证场景。
高度模块化可级联的 I/O 板卡,集成 DAQ、信号调理、故障注入;
配合 CANoe Option Scope 及硬件和 VH6501 满足总线一致性测试;
无需额外 BOB 单元;提供用户自定义板卡及 FPGA 扩展开发;
与 CANoe 无缝集成,支持 GUI 手动操作及变量自动控制。

VT System 可提供桌面式机箱 6 槽(高度 5U)、桌面式机箱 12 槽(高度 5U)、19 英寸标准机箱 12 槽
(高度 4U)等多种形式。多个机箱可通过以太网线级联扩展使用。
板卡及板卡与 ECU 的线束连接可由用户自行布置板卡位置及线束连接,也可由 Vector 提供定制工程服
务,完成机柜、定制面板、线束连接器、电源上下电管理、程控电源、分线端子等第三方设备及机柜集
成服务,提供测试系统交钥匙工程。
