Abstract
For a long time , China's urban residents in northern residential area of heating generally
use heat instead of the actual charges, resulting in poor user awareness of energy , causing
serious waste of resources. This apparent lack of measurement science, not only that, although
longer study abroad heat meters , heat meters but imports more expensive , it is an economical
and practical research in line with China 's national conditions of heat meter is necessary.
This article describes the overall design scheme based microcontroller based
STC12C5204AD heat meter module. The hardware design of the heat meter by the
microcontroller module , module temperature , flow sensor module , GSM communication
module , display module , keypad module and power module. Software part of the main
program, key procedures, traffic data collection procedures, temperature acquisition
procedures , AD converter, computer program , GSM module program, display procedures.
Finally, the scope of analysis precision heat meter module.
Collected by the collection of temperature and flow through SCM analysis , through the
display module displays the inlet temperature , outlet temperature , flow, heat and other
information regularly sent through GSM module to complete the statistical end user billing .
Thus providing a lower cost , better performance of the new thermal table .
