摘 要
随着永磁材料工艺的进步和电子电力技术的发展,永磁同步电动机逐渐克服
技术难点,逐步占领市场。永磁同步电动机与异步电机比较,有效率高、功率因
数接近 1、体积小、节能等优势。在当今强调节约、绿色概念的社会,节能和节
约材料的永磁同步电机已经在国外蓬勃发展,而在国内电机行业也以惊人的速度
在发展。
现代电机设计已经大规模应用计算机辅助工具,国内异步电机、直流电机设
计软件已经比较成熟,但成熟的永磁同步电机设计软件迟迟未能面世。主要原因
是永磁同步电机的设计程序比较复杂,设计算法还不成熟。针对此情况,本文选
取了永磁同步电机设计程序的其中两种算法作了简要对比并对原设计程序进行
修正。
同时,针对单机软件不能异时异地协同设计、共享数据等的缺点,本文提出
了基于 Web 的解决方案。本文系统的设计,基于模块化、数据库辅助设计,部
件重用等设计思想,设计了协作系统的架构,实现了电机设计程序的计算模块,
并制作了页面进行验证,取得不错的效果。
本文主要从下面几个部分进行阐述:

Abstract
With the technology of permanent magnetic material progress and technological development
of power electronics,permanent magnet synchronous motors gradually to overcome the technical
problems, and gradually occupy the market. Permanent magnet synchronous motors compare to
asynchronous motors, there are high efficiency, power factor close to 1, small size, energy-saving
advantages. In today's emphasis on saving energy, with the concept of environment protection,
energy-saving materials, permanent magnet synchronous motor has been flourishing in foreign
countries, and in the national domestic, motor industry at an alarming rate in the development.
Recently ,motor design has been a large-scale application of computer-aided design tools,
asynchronous motor, DC motor design software has been more mature, but mature permanent
magnet synchronous motor designs software could not seen now. It is the reason that: Permanent
magnet synchronous motor’s design process is more complicated, and the design of algorithms is
not mature. For this situation, the paper selected for the design algorithms of permanent magnet
synchronous motor, which gave a brief comparison of two algorithms and an amendment to the
original design process.
At the same time, the single computer program has the disadvantages of not cooperate design,
not motor design data immediately share, so the paper put up the solution of Web program design.
The paper, base on the concept of modularization, database-aid design and component-reused,
deign the whole system structure, and do the programming of motor design computing model,
which finally get a good result.
The paper mainly consists of following parts:
