文摘 本文主要介绍了 PLC 在城市污水处理中的具体应用实例,系统介绍了
城市污水处理工艺流程以及基于 SIEMENS 的 S7—400 系列 PLC 的污水处理
实施方案,介绍城市污水处理厂监控系统数据采集的方法。可编程控制器
即 PLC 是综和了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术的一种新型的、通
用的自动控制装置。现在可编程控制器已经成为最重要、最可靠、应用场
合最广泛的工业控制微型计算机。它具有功能强、可靠性高、使用灵活方
便、易于编程以及适应工业环境等一系列优点。为了提高污水处理厂的运
行管理水平, PLC 也成为了该系统的重要组成单元之一,在该系统中各单
元按一定拓扑结构互相连接构成污水处理厂的控制系统。�

1. 污水处理工艺流程
1.1 工艺流程图
由于城市污水是工业企业和居民生活所排放的,所以污水中含有大量
的有机物,这种污水成为生化污水。生化污水处理工艺是利用微生物的吸
附、氧化和分解作用来降解污水中有机物的含量,成为可以沉淀的污泥,
从而使净化水质达到规定的排放标准(见图 1)。

1.2 对工艺流程的阐述
城市污水依次经过粗格栅、进水泵房、沉砂池、初沉池、曝气池和二
沉池来实现污水的处理。其中各部分的功能如下:
(1) 进水泵房用于将污水提升,粗格栅用于除掉污水中大块杂
物和污物,进而保护进水泵。
(2) 沉砂池的细格栅用于除去污水中的小块杂物,吸砂桥除砂
和漂浮油脂,还有砂处理和浮砂油脂处理设备。

(3) 初沉池初步除掉水中污泥,用刮泥机收集污泥至初沉池泥
泵房。
(4) 曝气池(氧化沟)为生化处理区,通过投放回流活性污泥
搅拌和曝气供氧,培养微生物大量繁殖,形成更多活性污泥。
(5) 二沉池彻底清污水,使泥水分离。
1.3 主要设备的组成及控制方式
表 1 设备参量
污水处理厂的设备均采用三级控制方式,即现场控制方式、MCC 控制方
式和微机控制方式。目前,以 MCC 控制为基础,PLC 控制为主导的控制方式
始终处于工业自动化控制领域的主战场,为各种各样的自动化控制设备提
供了非常可靠的控制应用。其主要原因,在于它能够为自动化控制应用提
供安全可靠和比较完善的解决方案,适合于当前污水处理厂对自动化的需

1.4 粗格栅、细格栅、提升泵房的设备控制
粗格栅、细格栅的控制分为现场控制和远程控制两种模式。远程控制
模式由 PLC 和上位机实现,它包括微机手动和微机自动,而微机自动控制
方式为:(1)水位差控制方式,通过格栅机运行液位差计的测量值用来反
映格栅阻塞程度,并传输到 PLC 控制器,进行分析计算。当液位差超过预
设的数值,控制格栅运行;(2)时间设置控制方式,在上位机的 INTERACT
组态软件中设置格栅机运行时间和停机时间,经 PLC 控制器的程序运算指
挥 MCC 对格栅机进行控制。
1.5 沉砂池、生化池、沉淀池、污泥回流泵房和鼓风机房的设备控制
砂搅拌器的自动运行通过进水电磁流量计控制,而抽砂泵的运行状态是
由微机对其开、停时间的设置控制的。
生化池厌氧区的搅拌器、沉淀池的吸刮泥机、污泥回流泵房的阀门和
回流泵都是由微机触发指令通过 PLC 控制。
1.6 脱水机房
脱水机房的设备主要担负由污泥提升泵将回流泵井的剩余污泥与污泥
絮凝剂按比例混合进行脱水处理的任务。污泥与溶解成一定浓度的絮凝剂
混合后,污泥中的固体颗粒被凝聚成絮团,并分离出自由水,然后被输送
