摘 要
本论文的题目是底座零件工艺工装设计及 CAD/CAM,题目来源于锦州双菱精密
铸造有限公司。根据该公司的生产能力和设备情况,设计完成了零件的熔模模具、
零件的工艺规程及典型专用夹具。在此基础上,基于 CAD/CAM 技术,完成了夹具
的机构仿真。
论文在介绍了熔模铸造、机械加工工艺规程制定总过程、模具 CAD/CAM 及
其优势的基础上,详细的叙述了熔模模具设计、工艺规程设计及机床夹具设计内
容及方法。其中模具设计主要有零件毛坯的三维造型设计,模具的分型面设计,
模具的开模干涉分析,浇注系统、定位及锁紧机构的设计;工艺规程设计包括加
工方法的选择,定位和夹紧方式的选择,机床和刀具的选择,切削用量的计算和
工艺路线的制定;而夹具设计则解决了定位误差和夹紧力等问题的分析。
最后,论文介绍了工件装夹机构的仿真。包括机床和刀具选择,切削参数的
设定,加工过程的仿真和主轴运动速度的分析等内容。
综上,本论文以零件工艺工装设计理论为依据,进行了底座零件的熔模模具
和工艺工装设计及 CAD/CAM 技术的实际应用。

Abstract
The topic of this graduation design is the design of processing planning,tooling
devices and CAD/CAM for installation seat ( 6422635 ) , which comes from Wuxi
Impro (China) Co, LTD.According to the company's production capability and
equipment cases, the designer has completed the investment mould of parts, the process
planning of parts and special fixture. On this basis, based on CAD / CAM technology,
the designer has completed the machanisms simulation of fixture.
On the basis of introducing investment mould, process planning, and mould
CAD/CAM as well as its advantage, the thesis describes design contents and methods of
the investment mould design, process planning and special fixture in detail. Thereinto,
mold design mainly has three-dimensional design of solid parts, the mold parting
surface design, mold tooling interference analysis, and the design of gating system,
positioning and fastening device mechanism. The process planning design contains
selection of the process, positioning and fastening device ways, machine tools and tools,
the computation of cutting dosages and the formulation of process route. Moreover,
fixture design solves the problems such as the positioning error analysis and clamping
force analysis, and so on.
Finally, the thesis introduces the machanisms simulation of fixture, which includes
the machine tools and tools selection, cutting parameters settings, process simulation
and analysis of the spindle speed, etc.
In a word, basing on process planning and tooling devices design theory for the
parts, this paper has carried out the practical application of the installation seat
(6422635)parts investment mould, process planning and tooling devices design, and
