基于单片机的防水型温度智能监控系统
摘 要:本文设计了一种由 STC89C52 单片机和防水温度传感器构成的温度智
能监控系统,温度信号由防水型温度传感器 DS18B20 采集,并以数字信号的方
式传送给单片机。本文介绍了该控制系统的硬件部分,包括:温度检测电路、温
度控制电路、PC 机与单片机串口通信电路和一些接口电路 。单片机通过对信号进
行相应处理,从而实现温度控制的目的。本文还着重介绍了软件设计部分,在这里
采用模块化结构,主要模块有:液晶显示程序、键盘扫描及按键处理程序、温度信
号处理程序、超温报警程序。本设计具有显示直观、读取方便、电路简洁、功能
多样等诸多优点,可应用于多种平台,具有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:Designed a the STC89C52 microcontroller and the water tem
perature sensor temperature intelligent control system, the tempe
rature signal collected by the water temperature sensor DS18B
20, and the way of a digital signal sent to the microcontroller. Th
is article describes the hardware part of the control system, i
ncluding: temperature detection circuit, the temperature control
circuit, the PC and the microcontroller serial communication cir
cuit and a number of interface circuits。 MCU through sign
al processing in order to achieve the purpose of temperature c
ontrol。 The article also focuses on software design, modular struc
ture, where the main modules are: LCD program, scanning the
keyboard and key processes, the temperature signal handler, over—
temperature alarm program. This design with intuitive, eas
y to read display, simple circuit, functional diversity a
nd many other advantages, can be applied to multiple platforms, and has
