摘 要
最近几年来,在互联网急速发展和生活水平不断攀升的背景下,大学生们对于
精神文化需求也日益强烈。大学生参与的各项学习项目和社交活动越来越多,因为
有些项目要求很严格,还有时间的限制和巨大的压力,我们这些学生面临繁重的任
务和艰苦的环境,就会变得混乱,犹豫不前和有不知自己去向的想法。 随着网络
技术飞快地进步和发展,网络心理健康服务也要跟上脚步进行,适应时代的变化,
特别是网络发展的新趋势。因此,我们要对大学生心理服务工作加以加强和改进,
心理工作效果也要加强,用创新的想法去进行我们的网络精神服务工作。
本文以大学生心理健康咨询需求巨大且源源不断的情况为基础,并花了一段时
间调研各位大学生的实际需求,最终科学地设计系统。该网站采用 Java 技术作为
平台,用 ssh 的一个集成框架和 MVC 架构来作为后端系统,采用
MyEclipse2016
为主
要开发工具,还用了 JSP 技术结合 SQL Server2008 数据库来构建基本开发平台和
运行环境的方案。
最后,对整个心理健康网站进行非常多的测试工作,包括整个心理健康网站系
统的是否能行、能不能兼容、到底合理不、可不可以简单使用进行测试并进行优化
和修复。

Design and Implementation of College Students' Mental Health
Website
Abstract
In recent years, under the background of the rapid development of the Internet and
the continuous improvement of living standards, college students have become more and
more in need of spiritual culture. Students are participating in more and more learning
projects and social activities, because the requirements of the projects are very strict,
there are time constraints and huge pressures, and we students, facing heavy tasks and
difficult environments, will become chaotic and hesitant Not moving forward and having
an idea of where you are going. With the rapid progress and development of network
technology, network mental health services must also keep pace, adapting to the changes
of the times, especially the new trend of network development. Therefore, we must
strengthen and improve the psychological service work of college students, and the effect
of psychological work should also be strengthened, and use innovative ideas to carry out
our network spiritual service work.
This article is based on the huge and continuous demand for psychological health
consultation among college students. It took a while to investigate the actual needs of
college students and finally designed the system scientifically. I use Java as a platform,
and use an ssh integration framework and MVC architecture as my back-end system. In
order to familiarize with the use, I directly took MyEclipse2016 as the main development
tool, and also used JSP technology combined with SQL Server2008 database to build a
basic development platform and operating environment.
Finally, a lot of testing work is carried out on the entire mental health website,
including whether the entire mental health website system can work, whether it is
compatible, whether it is reasonable, and whether it can be simply used for testing and
optimization and repair.
