语音信号处理是与计算机科学,认知科学,人类智能,心理学,
模式识别,语言学等有着密不可分关系的一门新兴的边缘科
学.本系统设计能够解决现在许多种语音处理软件容量烦琐,
运行困难诸多问题,可完成语音信号的傅里叶变换,变频,滤
波,变幅,选取MATLAB全面操纵GUI界面设计,多种函数调用
等.
