摘 要
电脑的出现是一个时代的进步,不仅仅帮助人们解决了一些数学上的难题,如今电
脑的出现,更加方便了人们在工作和生活中对于一些事物的处理。应用的越来越广泛,
通过互联网我们可以更方便地进行办公,也能够在网上就能处理很多日常的事务。互联
网的技术的发展,也是人们日常中接触更多的一项技术。通过互联网的发展和使用,让
更多的人,更多的用户可以通过电子计算机信息技术就能更加方便地进行管理。让计算
机技术更加实用化,方便化。
在一个娱乐公司中,对于旗下艺人的个人资料信息、商演活动信息以及公司内的工
作统计等进行完善的管理已经成为了一个现代化企业发展壮大的一个重要的标志,通过
建立完善的、个性化的企业内部信息的管理,能够很大的程度上帮助企业用户对企业信
息进行管理,也能够更好地帮助企业对企业的人事信息进行管理。
在娱乐公司的内部信息管理中,通过系统的建设和管理,能够针对娱乐影视公司的
相关信息进行整合,将相关的信息和资源等,整合到系统中:人事信息信息添加、人事
信息管理、信息统计、人事工资管理、工资统计等,结合公司经营活动特点,对艺人的
通告安排、公司的日常活动统计等进行已一体化的管理,能够提升整个公司的管理水平。
本系统主要采用了 BS 架构模式设计开发,利用 SSM 框架技术和 MySQL 数据库进行
设计系统的开发,在很多的企业中,具有很高的实用性。

Internet. The development of Internet technology is also a technology that people contact

computer technology more practical and convenient.
In an entertainment company, the perfect management of its artists' personal information,
business performance information and work statistics in the company has become an
important sign of the development of a modern enterprise. Through the establishment of a
perfect and personalized enterprise internal information management, it can help enterprise
users manage enterprise information to a great extent Management, also can better help the
enterprise to the enterprise personnel information management.
In the internal information management of entertainment companies, through the construction
and management of the system, we can integrate the relevant information of entertainment
