摘 要
近几年随着城镇化发展和居民消费水平的不断提升,人们对健康生活方式的
追求意识逐渐加强,生鲜食品逐渐受到大众青睐,诸如盒马鲜生、7-fresh 等品牌
生鲜超市,一时间如雨后春笋般迅速出现在人们的生活中,给人们的生活带来了
极大的便利。冷链物流作为生鲜产品的主要流通方式也相应受到重视,得以在短
时间内快速发展。冷链物流就是由物流企业提供专业的移动冷柜和冷库、保温泡
沫箱、防水包装、保温冰袋等特殊器具,以及通过国标级厢式冷链车进行全流程
配送服务,通过上述控温手段,尽最大程度保障生鲜产品的“新鲜度”。随着国内
电商的迅速发展,生鲜商品越来越依靠质量上乘及服务高效的冷链物流服务,尤
其是在 2020 年全国范围内的疫情之后,对生鲜商品的追根溯源成了安全防疫工
作的重中之重,这就对国内的冷链物流企业提出了更高的管理要求,越来越多的
物流企业,开始采用信息化的方式,对辖内的生鲜商品进行科学地统筹管理。
本次冷链物流追溯系统的实现过程,它的开发基于 SSM 框架集,使用了
JAVA 编程语言,搭配以 MYSQL 数据库技术,使用到在大学里面学的软件工程
导论课程、mysql 数据库、数据库原理、JAVA 高级程序设计等方面的知识。本
文详细阐述了此次冷链物流追溯系统的研究背景、研究现状及研究意义,并认真
进行了前期的用户群体的市场调研,简略介绍了开发使用的相关技术,并对系统
的需求与设计、系统的实现与测试进行了详细的介绍。

Abstract
In recent years, with the development of urbanization and the continuous
improvement of residents' consumption level, people's awareness of the pursuit of
healthy lifestyle is gradually strengthened, and fresh food is gradually favored by the
public. Brand fresh supermarkets such as box Ma Xiansheng and 7-fresh have sprung
up in people's lives, bringing great convenience to people's lives, but also gradually
changing People's original way of life. Cold chain logistics, as the main circulation
mode of fresh products, has been attached importance to and developed rapidly in a
short time. Cold chain logistics is provided by logistics enterprises specializing in
mobile refrigerators and freezers, thermal insulation foam boxes, waterproof
packaging, thermal insulation ice bags and other special appliances, and through the
national standard van cold chain car to carry out the whole process of distribution
services, through the above temperature control means, to the maximum extent to
ensure the freshness of fresh products. With the rapid development of domestic
e-commerce, fresh goods increasingly rely on high-quality and efficient cold chain
logistics services. Especially after the nationwide epidemic in 2020, tracing the origin
of fresh goods has become the top priority of the safety and epidemic prevention work,
which puts forward higher management requirements for domestic cold chain
logistics enterprises, and more and more logistics enterprises begin to use it In the
way of informatization, we should scientifically manage the fresh commodities within
our jurisdiction.
The implementation process of the cold chain logistics traceability system, its
development is based on SSM framework set, using java programming language, with
MySQL database technology, using the knowledge of software engineering
