This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and author of the ZoneOS software (computer programs and associated documentation, or just SOFTWARE), Vasily Tarasov (AUTHOR). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not install, copy, or otherwise use the SOFTWARE. 2. Grant of license. You are granted folowing rights, provided that you comply with all terms of this EULA. 2.1 Non-commercial personal use. Anyone may install and use this software for free if such usage is solely personal and not aimed to be commercial (home use). You may not rent, lease the SOFTWARE or provide commercial services with the SOFTWARE to others. 2.2 Commercial use. Use, not permitted in 2.1, requires explicit permission from AUTHOR. Any related questions could be sent to AUTHOR by e-mail to vtarasov@zoneos.com 3. Reservation of rights and ownership. AUTHOR reserves all rights, not explicitly granted to you in this EULA. The software is licensed, not sold. 4. Limitation on reverse engeneering. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or by any similar means access the SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE has closed source code, any attempt to open it is forbidden and mean violation of the EULA. All public technical information regarding the SOFTWARE available at ZoneOS site www.zoneos.com (SITE). 5. SOFTWARE distribution. Packages of the SOFTWARE (PACKAGES) may be distributed to thitd parties provided that content of PACKAGES not modified against distribution from ZoneOS SITE. This mean you may give intact PACKAGES to third party, but third party must accept this EULA in order to use the SOFTWARE. No person or company may charge a fee for distribution of the SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE may not be distributes as a part of any other software. 6. Limited warranty for SOFTWARE. Although SOWTWARE was tested in depth, it still may contain different severe errors, ranging from system crashes to data losses. AUTHOR is not responsible for any losses caused using of the SOFTWARE. This mean SOFTWARE provided "as is" and you use it for your own risk.
