The designs have been tested with version 5.2 service pack 2 of the Xilinx tool suite There are two folders included. The first, called 'basic' contains vhdl, verilog, constraint files and test setups for both the VirtexE and VirtexII devices. The second called 'demo_board' contains vhdl files for the VirtexII only, and can be used to generate a design to test data recovery using the Xilinx LVDS demo board.
