GABBASOFT CUBE DEMO End User License Agreement(EULA)

By using the accompanying software, you consent to be
bound by and become a party to the licensing agreement
specified below. If you do not agree with ALL of the
terms in the license, please delete the distribution
from your computer storage.
GRANT OF LICENSE
----------------
GabbaSoft, Inc. ("GabbaSoft") hereby grants you a
non-exclusive license to use the Software, only in
machine-readable form, and subject to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement.
TITLE
-----
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property
rights in and to the Software and any derivative works
based thereon shall remain in and be the sole and
exclusive property of GabbaSoft.
LIMITED USE OF SOFTWARE
-----------------------
You may use the Software on any computer for non-
commercial purposes. You may not use the Software to
derive commercial value for yourself or for any
commercial organization or government agency without
the prior written consent of GabbaSoft. You shall not
have the right to license, sell, transfer, or assign
the Software in any form or manner. You may not copy,
duplicate or distribute, nor permit any person,
corporation or entity, to copy, duplicate or istribute
the Software, in whole or in part, without the prior
written consent of GabbaSoft, except as may be
consistent with reasonable ordinary backup and
recovery procedures. All copies made by you of any
part of the software shall be the sole and exclusive
property of GabbaSoft.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble
(except to the extent specific laws explicitly
prohibit such restriction) or print the Software
object code, in any form or language, nor otherwise
derive a source code for the software. You may not
modify, customize, enhance or change the Software, nor
permit any third party to do so. You may not make any
derivative works based on the Software. You may not
change or remove any proprietary markings, notices or
labels in the software.
TERM OF LICENSE

The license granted under this agreement is
automatically terminated if you fail to comply with
any of the terms in this license. On termination, you
must destroy all copies of the software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
----------------------
This Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without
warranty of any kind, inluding without limitation, the
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement. You shall use the
software entirely at your own risk. To the extent
allowed by law, GabbaSoft expressly disclaims all
implied warranties.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS ON IMPLIED
WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT
VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR JURISDICTION.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, LEGAL THEORY, TORT,
CONTRACT OR IN NO EVENT SHALL GABBASOFT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF
USE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE, DOWNTIME, LOSS OF
GOODWILL, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR COMPUTER
MALFUNCTION, NOR SHALL GABBASOFT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, BASED UPON
NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT PRODUCTS LIABILITY. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Miscellaneous

This license shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the United States and the
State of Georgia. If any portion of this agreement is
held to be unenforceable for any reason, that provision
of the License shall be enforced to the maximum extent
permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties,
and the remainder of the License shall continue in full
force and effect.
