Introduction
It is a very simple grid. It is a custom control derived from CWnd. It is inspired by
the excellent Delphi TGridView component written by Roman Mochalov. Header
of the grid is a separate logical object (separate from non-#xed, "working" part of
the grid). Non-#xed part of the grid can work only in virtual mode, i.e., data for
display is stored outside the grid and loaded only by query when the grid needs
repainting. That is why the grid is called "virtual". If you don't understand my
explanation of control's "virtuality", then I'd recommend you to read "Virtual list
view description" of CListCtrl in the MSDN help.
