描述
LT®1763 系列是微功率、低噪声、低压差稳压
器。这些器件能够提供 500mA 的输出电流和
300mV 的压差。专为电池供电系统而设计,30µA
的低静态电流使其成为理想的选择。静态电流控制
良好;它不会像许多其他监管机构那样升。
LT1763 稳压器的一个关键特性是低输出噪声。
在增加一个外部0.01µF旁路电容后,输出噪声在
10Hz至100kHz带宽内降至20µVRMS。LT1763 稳压
器可在采用低至 3.3µF 的输出电容器时保持稳定。
小型陶瓷电容器可以在没有其他稳压器所需的串联
电阻的情况下使用。
内部保护电路包括电池反向保护、电流限制、
热限制和反向电流保护。这些器件具有
1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3V、3.3V 和 5V 的固定输出电
压,并可作为具有 1.22V 基准电压的可调器
件。LT1763 调节器采用 8 引脚 SO 封装和 12 引
脚、扁平 (高度仅 4mm × 3mm × 0.75mm) DFN 封
装。

注 7:GND 引脚电流使用 VIN = VOUT(标称值)或 VIN = 2.3V(
C,I
级)或 2.35V(MP 级)(以较大者为准)和电流源负载进行测试。
这意味着该器件在其压差区域运行时会进行测试。这是最坏情况下
的GND引脚电流。当输入电压较高时,GND 引脚电流将略有下降。
