学生学籍管理是教育教学单位不可缺少的部分,它的内容对教学管理和学校的决策
者都非常重要。给学校教学管理提供了很大的方便性,提高了工作效率。但是一直以来
人们用传统人工的方式管理文件文档,这种管理方式效率低,保密性差,出错不易更改,
同时也耗费了大量的人力财力,时间一长,将产生大量的文件数据,这对于查找,维护,
更新都带来了很大的困难。
随着科学技术的不断发展,尤其是计算机软件水平的日益提高,使得以上问题得到
了很好的解决。使用计算机可以方便的对大量数据进行增加,删除,更新等操作。它有
着人工管理永远无法比拟的优点: 检索迅速,查找方便,可靠性大,存储量大,保密性
好,寿命长,成本低等。例如:通过校园网,我们可以方便的进行学生信息查询,学生
成绩的添加,以及最新的教务通知等。当然,这些都离不开数据库技术和网络技术的支
持。数据库是数据管理的最新技术,是计算机计算机技术的重要分支,也是计算机领域
发展最快的学科之一。学生学籍管理系统就是数据库在网络上应用。
综上,开发这样的一个学籍管理系统十分必要。同时旧的人工管理机制必将被以计算
机为基础的信息管理所取代,从而实现对数据的高效,长久,安全的管理。
第 1 章 题目背景与可行性分析
1.1 设计背景
随着我国教育体制改革的深入进行,教育系统得到了前所未有的发展。学生管理正在
逐步迈向管理信息现代化。但是我国的学生管理信息化水平还处在初级阶段,主要表现在
对学生的交费管理、学生的档案管理还是采用原有的人工管理方式。学校的规模不断扩大,
学生数量急剧增加,有关学生的各种信息量也成倍增长。由于大学生类别和专业的设置的多
样化,大学生的学籍管理历来是非常繁琐和复杂的的工作。面对庞大的信息量, 这时的人
工管理几乎无法实现,在这种情况下用数据库进行管理变的尤为必要,这可以发挥计算机
的优势,就需要有学生信息管理系统来提高学生管理工作的效率.通过这样的系统,可以做
到信息的规范管理,科学统计和快速的查询,从而减少管理方面的工作量和减少人为的错误。
1.2 开发环境可行性
本学生学籍管理系统(数据库系统)的开发与运行环境如下:
开发环境:Windows XP
辅助工具:PowerDesigner Trial 11
数据库管理系统:SQL Server 2000
运行环境:Windows 2000/XP/2003
第 2 章 学生学籍管理系统的需求分析
2.1 用户需求分析
本系统是针对高等院校的学生学籍管理,因此学籍管理系统的用户包括系统管理员、
教师和学生。主要涉及系部信息、班级信息、任课教师信息、学生信息、课程信息以及选
课记录和成绩等多种数据信息。
2.2 功能需求分析
实现的具体功能如下:
基本信息管理——系统管理员负责对各种基本信息的录入、修改、删除等操作。
学生成绩管理——系统管理员负责对学生成绩的录入、修改、删除等操作,学生
可以查询各科成绩。
信息查询统计——学生可以查询基本信息和各科的考试成绩,老师可以查询基本
信息和授课信息,系统管理员负责把老师提交的学生成绩进行管理,计算总成绩
和平均成绩,统计不及格学生信息和获得奖学金学生的信息,最后再输出所有的
信息。
系统用户管理——系统管理员负责用不同的权限来限制不同用户对系统的使用。
2.3 安全性与完整性需求分析
系统要使得用户对学生的学籍管理工作更加清晰、条理化、自动化,容易地完成学生
信息的查询、更新、修改等操作,这就要求系统的效率要高,查询速度要快,比较小的冗
余,易维护,具有较高的数据安全性。对于学生成绩管理模块,能更加容易的求得学生的
平均成绩、最高分、最低分等,可以按照学生的成绩进行排序处理等。

2.4 划分系统模块
根据系统功能的需求分析和高等院校学籍管理的特点,经过模块化的分析得到如下图

2.5 数据字典
数据字典是系统中各类数据描述的集合,是进行详细的数据收集和数据分析所获得的
主要成果,数据字典是对系统所用到的所有表结构的描述
2.5.1 数据项
数据项是数据库的关系中不可再分的数据单位,学籍管理的主要数据项见以下各表,
分别列出了数据的名称(即码)、注释、数据类型、长度、取值范围和是否是主码。
