题目:基于 java 的公寓报修管理系统设计与实现

摘 要
现代经济快节奏发展以及不断完善升级的信息化技术,让传统数据信息的管
理升级为软件存储,归纳,集中处理数据信息的管理方式。本公寓报修管理系统
就是在这样的大环境下诞生,其可以帮助管理者在短时间内处理完毕庞大的数据
信息,使用这种软件工具可以帮助管理人员提高事务处理效率,达到事半功倍的
效果。此公寓报修管理系统利用当下成熟完善的 Spring Boot 框架,使用跨平台
的可开发大型商业网站的 Java 语言,以及最受欢迎的 RDBMS 应用软件之一的
MySQL 数据库进行程序开发。公寓报修管理系统有管理员,住户,维修人员。
管理员可以管理住户信息和维修人员信息,可以审核维修人员的请假信息,住户
可以申请维修,可以对维修结果评价,维修人员负责住户提交的维修信息,也可
以请假。公寓报修管理系统的开发根据操作人员需要设计的界面简洁美观,在功
能模块布局上跟同类型网站保持一致,程序在实现基本要求功能时,也为数据信
息面临的安全问题提供了一些实用的解决方案。可以说该程序在帮助管理者高效
率地处理工作事务的同时,也实现了数据信息的整体化,规范化与自动化。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern economy and the continuous improvement and
upgrading of information technology, the management of traditional data information
is upgraded to the management mode of software storage, induction and centralized
processing of data information. The apartment repair application management system
was born in such an environment. It can help managers process huge data information
in a short time. Using this software tool can help managers improve transaction
processing efficiency and achieve twice the result with half the effort. This apartment
repair application management system uses the current mature and perfect spring boot
framework, uses the cross platform Java language that can develop large-scale
commercial websites, and MySQL database, one of the most popular RDBMS
application software, for program development. The apartment repair management
system has administrators, residents and maintenance personnel. The administrator
can manage the household information and maintenance personnel information,
review the leave information of maintenance personnel, apply for maintenance and
evaluate the maintenance results. The maintenance personnel are responsible for the
maintenance information submitted by the household and can also ask for leave. The
development of apartment repair management system is designed according to the
needs of operators. The interface is simple and beautiful, and the layout of functional
modules is consistent with that of similar websites. When the program realizes the
basic required functions, it also provides some practical solutions to the security
problems faced by data information. It can be said that the program not only helps
managers deal with work affairs efficiently, but also realizes the integration,
standardization and automation of data information.
