摘 要
在市场经济不断发展的今天,消费者在消费心理和消费行为方面都有了较大
的变化。客户对商家变的更加挑剔,同时也不再盲目的保持忠诚.在此市场环境
下,如何高效的对客户进行管理,更加全面的获取客户信息,进而有针对性的开
展活动,提高客户的满意度,是保险公司必须要关注的问题。在此背景下,本文
构建了一个保险营销 App,为保险公司处理保险营销提供了一个信息化平台。项
目计划基于 Android 平台,采用 SSM 和 MySQL 数据库进行搭建,解决了传统的
保险营销服务平台移动性差的问题。

Abstract
With the continuous development of market economy, consumers have made great
changes in consumption psychology and behavior. In this market environment, how
to effectively manage customers, more comprehensive access to customer
information, and then targeted activities to improve customer satisfaction, is the
insurance company must pay attention to the problem. In this context, this paper
constructs an insurance marketing app, which provides an information platform for
insurance companies to deal with insurance marketing. The project plan is based on
Android platform, using SSM and MySQL database to solve the problem of poor
mobility of traditional insurance marketing service platform.
