Password error! 说明你已经正确安装了。 ------------------------------------------------- 运行 ---- 命令行参数： BMP2PCB <Bmp> <PCB> [XRes] [YRes] [Attr] [Layer] [Ratio] <Bmp> 黑白格式的位图文件名（输入文件） <PCB> AutoTrax PCB 格式的文件名（输出文件） [XRes] 水平方向的扫描分辨率（缺省值为1000DPI） [YRes] 垂直方向的扫描分辨率（缺省值为1000DPI） [Attr] 0(缺省)-正常 1-X镜象 2-Y镜象 4-黑白颠倒 [Layer] Protel-PCB 的层号[1-13]（1元件面，2中间一层...，缺省在元件面） [Ratio] 扫描图的旋转角度的正切值[-1, 1]（缺省为0）。 当扫描图没有水平放置时，Ratio用于旋转整个图形，使图形水平放置， 以便在Protel-PCB软件中描图方便。该值是欲旋转角度的正切值。顺时针旋 转值为负，逆时针旋转值为正。 ------------------------------------------------- 工作步骤 -------- <1>图纸，PCB光板水平放置在平板式扫描仪上。 <2>用扫描软件或PhotoShop，选择合适的扫描分辨率扫描存盘。 <3>用PhotoShop处理该图象。除去电路或线路以外的颜色和图象。 <4>把该图象转换为黑白位图格式并存盘。 <5>运行BMP2PCB进行转换。（记好扫描的分辨率） ------------------------------------------------- 扫描误差调整及图纸的缩放 ------------------------ 扫描误差定义为扫描结果的实际大小（N）除以扫描物的实际大小（S）。 即：N/S。 你可以通过调整输入到BMP2PCB的扫描分辨率的大小来调整扫描误差。 假如你扫描的分辨率为R，则为了调整误差N/S，你可以把BMP2PCB接收的分 辨率改为R*（N/S）。例如：扫描物体的水平尺寸为10000mil，实际扫描的 大小为10100mil，水平扫描分辨率为300DPI，则可输入300*(10100/10000) 即303DPI到BMP2PCB. 同样的，对于图纸的缩放也可用类似方法调整。要缩小一倍图纸尺寸， 可把分辨率放大一倍输入。如果放大一倍图纸尺寸，则可缩小一倍分辨率 输入。 说明：对于直接用Windows画笔绘出的位图文件，分辨率为96DPI. ------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- Description on BMP2PCB ------------------------------------------------- Installation ------------ 1. If scanning image do not located in horizontal line, the tangent of the rotating angle. (1 for -45 degrees, -1 for 45 degrees and 0 for 0 degree, default to 0) ------------------------------------------------- Working steps ------------- <1>Place scanning material(PCB board, draft, film etc) on scanner <2>Scanning using PhotoShop with desired resolution。 <3>Adjust image in PhotoShop for clearance of needed image <4>Convert image to Black-White format and save as Bitmap <5>Run BMP2PCB ------------------------------------------------- Error correction and image scaling --------------------------------- Scanning Error value is resulting size(N) divided by original material size(S): N/S you can adjust error value by specifying different resolution from real resolution.
