用于ads仿真中的真实器件模拟 在ADS仿真过程中往往使用的是理想元器件进行模拟仿真,但是理想元器件与真实器件有着较大的误差,尤其是在射频电路的设计中,比如Q值,理想元器件的Q值往往很大,但是真实的元器件的Q值是有限的,因此需要使用真实元器件的模型来代替理想元件进行模拟仿真。
