Abstract
With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the enterprise operation
environment is becoming more and more complex, increasingly fierce competition. How to
deal with a variety of flexible and fast managing model both opportunities and challenges has
become the focus of each enterprise. CX company as research object in this paper, based on
the analysis of software development project schedule delays and CX company, on the basis
of resource cost overruns, from the perspective of project management, adopting qualitative,
empirical and case analysis method, discuss the application of project management method in
CX company that CX company project management mode for the importance of software
development projects. The article main research content is as follows：
First of all, the paper discusses the related theories of project management and the
development trend of both at home and abroad. Mainly introduces the five process groups of
project management and related knowledge of ten areas. And discusses the project
management method in the project plan and control the basic tasks, including project
objectives and scope of the project, project time plan, the cost of project resources, project
planning, execution and control of the project risk management, etc.
Secondly, the paper discusses the domestic and foreign research present situation and
practical experience of project management method. Analyzed the project management
method in foreign and domestic practical, but also analyzes the foreign research and practice
of leading project management method in domestic. The development of domestic enterprises
is still in the primary stage, so it is necessary to promote the project management method in
the application of Chinese enterprises.
After that, the paper on the basis of the above analysis, in order to develop China citic
bank VIP financial fund sales support system as an example, through the project plan to
