摘 要
本文基于 PTA 平台,设计了一个学生学习状况评估系统。在本课题中,首先分析了基
于 PTA 平台的学生学习状况评估系统的可行性研究和功能需求,并基于此提出了系统整体
设计方案,然后根据设计方案,对该系统进行了详细的设计和分析,即根据需求确定了系
统的数据库结构以及系统模块,主要是从数据采集模块、数据清洗模块、数据挖掘模块和
系统界面实现四个模块进行设计。在模块设计中,主要采用了数据挖掘技术和机器学习技
术,对学生的学习数据进行分析和挖掘,建立学生学习状况评估模型。该系统使用 MySQL
数据库来存储学生学习数据以及学生学习状况评估结果。系统采用 B/S 架构的方式,将系
统前后端分离,分为两个部分分别进行开发,前端主要采用 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 等技
术搭建页面框架,后端使用 Java 语言编写服务器端代码,然后利用 MATLAB 中自带的函
数和仿真工具,实现评估结果的可视化。
该系统是基于 PTA 平台进行设计的,由于 PTA 平台主要针对计算机专业的学生,因此
该评估系统得到的评估结果主要是学生基础知识掌握情况和编程实践能力。学生可以根据
评估模型的结果对自己的编程能力有更加清晰准确的认识,从而能够及时发现每位同学的
学习问题,也可以为教师提供有价值的参考信息,帮助教师制定更加有效的教学方案,提
高教学效果。同时,学生也可以通过系统评估结果了解自己的学习效果,及时调整学习方
法,以取得更高的学习效率。在界面设计上,该系统具有良好的用户界面和友好的用户体
验,整体界面设计在满足简约大方、功能按钮清晰醒目的同时,可以满足教师和学生的不
同需求,对教师和学生界面分别设计,使其满足两种不同用户的不同需求。
总之,本文详细介绍了系统的可行性研究、需求分析、系统模块设计以及评估系统实
现和测试过程,同时总结了目前评估系统所取得的成果以及当前尚且存在的问题,并对未
来关于评估系统研究领域进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, a student learning status assessment system is designed based on the PTA
platform. In this project, the feasibility study and functional requirements of the student learning
status assessment system based on the PTA platform are first analysed, and the overall system
design scheme is proposed based on this, and then the system is designed and analysed in detail
according to the design scheme, i.e. the database structure of the system and the system modules
are determined according to the requirements, mainly from the data collection module, the data
cleaning module, the data mining module and the The system was designed in four modules: data
collection module, data cleaning module, data mining module and system interface
implementation. In the module design, data mining technology and machine learning technology
are mainly used to analyse and mine the student learning data and establish the student learning
status assessment model. The system uses a MySQL database to store student learning data and
student learning status assessment results. The system adopts a B/S architecture, separating the
front and rear ends of the system and developing them separately into two parts. The front-end
uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build the framework and the back-end uses Java to write the
server-side code.Then, use the built-in functions and simulation tools in MATLAB to visualize
the evaluation results.
The system is designed based on the PTA platform. As the PTA platform is mainly targeted
at computer science students, the assessment results obtained from this assessment system are
mainly the students' basic knowledge mastery and programming practice ability. Students can
have a clearer and more accurate understanding of their programming ability based on the results
of the assessment model, which enables them to identify each student's learning problems in a
timely manner and also provides valuable reference information for teachers, helping them to
develop more effective teaching programmes and improve teaching effectiveness. At the same
time, students can also use the system assessment results to understand their learning
effectiveness and adjust their learning methods in time to achieve higher learning efficiency. In
terms of interface design, the system has a good user interface and a friendly user experience. The
overall interface design can meet the different needs of teachers and students while satisfying the
simple and generous, clear and eye-catching function buttons, and the teacher and student

interfaces are designed separately so that they meet the different needs of two different users.
In summary, this article provides a detailed introduction to the feasibility study, requirement
analysis, system module design, as well as the implementation and testing process of the
evaluation system. It also summarizes the achievements and existing problems of the current
evaluation system, and provides prospects for future research on the evaluation system.
