摘 要
随着高校信息化管理系统平台的广泛应用,文件信息的传递不再受到时间和空间
的制约,毕业设计是高校教学管理的重要工作内容之一,随着高校毕业设计数量的逐
年递增,毕业设计的选题和审核给教师和高校的管理人员增加了工作量,近年来很多
高校通过借助系统化的管理平台来提升校内教务管理的工作效率,很多高校在现有校
园系统平台的基础上创建了针对毕业设计的管理系统,通过系统化、流程化的系统平
台来帮助缓解教务工作者的工作压力,同时利用系统平台沟通交流的便捷性来加强导
师和学生之间的沟通和互动,同时在沟通交流上不存在时间和空间的壁垒,能够帮助
双方实现高效便捷的毕设信息互通,通过流程化的沟通管理来提升毕业设计选题及实
现的效率。
本文结合高校毕业设计选题的流程结构,利用 SSM 框架结构以及 JSP 编程技术
开发设计一款针对本科毕业生毕业设计在线选题、开题报告提交以及论文内容上传的
系统平台,针对本科生毕业设计实现过程的各个环节开发对应的功能模块,借助系统
平台实现导师与学生之间的沟通和交流,导师可以借助系统平台实现学生选题的审批、
学生开题报告的查看及论文内容的评分,借助本科生毕业设计选题系统的应用便捷性
来帮助提升本科生毕业论文选题管理的效率,增强与导师信息传递及反馈的便捷性。

The Design and Implementation of the Topic Selection System
for Undergraduate Graduation Design Based on JSP
Abstract
With the extensive application of the university information management system
platform, the transmission of file information is no longer restricted by time and space.
Graduation design is one of the important work contents of university teaching
management. With the increasing number of university graduation design year by year, the
selection and review of graduation design increases the workload for teachers and
university administrators, In recent years, many colleges and universities have improved the
working efficiency of academic administration management in the campus by means of
systematic management platform. Many colleges and universities have created a
management system for graduation design on the basis of the existing campus system
platform, helping to relieve the working pressure of academic administrators through
systematic and procedural system platform, and at the same time, using the convenience of
communication and exchange of the system platform to strengthen the communication and
interaction between teachers and students, At the same time, there is no barrier of time and
space in communication, which can help both parties to achieve efficient and convenient
information exchange after graduation, and improve the efficiency of graduation design
topic selection and realization through the process of communication management.
This paper combines the process structure of the graduation design topic selection in
colleges and universities, uses the SSM framework structure and JSP programming
technology to develop and design a system platform for the online selection of graduation
design topics, the submission of the opening report, and the uploading of the content of the
thesis for undergraduate graduates, and develops corresponding functional modules for
each link in the implementation process of the graduation design for undergraduate
students, with the help of the system platform to achieve communication and exchange
between tutors and students, Tutors can use the system platform to achieve the examination
and approval of students' topic selection, the viewing of students' topic opening report and
the grading of the thesis content. With the application convenience of the undergraduate
graduation design topic selection system, they can help improve the efficiency of
undergraduate graduation thesis topic selection management, and enhance the convenience
of information transmission and feedback with tutors.
