摘要
近年来,传统的宠物救助形式的生存现状困难,想要领养宠物的爱心人士找
不到领养宠物的便捷途径,而宠物救助站则需要为收留大量流浪宠物“埋单”,
救助站日常营业很难支撑下去,最后爱心事业只能以“流产”告终。为了更好地
发挥爱心人士的作用,为了简化这种信息不畅通所造成的爱心难以实现的窘境,
使用户相信网站的正规性、实用性、信息的有效性、时效性,我认为有必要踏着
时代的步伐,以信息科技为依靠,以多媒体技术为平台,网罗宠物救助的海量信
息并经行有效筛选,实现爱心与便捷同存的宠物救助网络平台。
根据实际需求,动物救助中心的网站分为了六个板块。在 Windows 7 操作系
统环境下,搭建 ASP 运行环境,使用 SQL Server 建立数据库,通过 C#脚本语言
完成动态的、交互的网站,并且使用 FLASH 软件制作动画效果以美化网站。该网
站实现的主要分为六个部分有宠物领养、交流平台、宠物百科、领养须知、用户
登录注册以及后台管理。

Abstract
In recent years, the status of the traditional pet rescuing is difficult to survival.
As a result those people who want to adopt a pet can not find a convenient way to
adopt a pet. Moreover, animal shelter will need to pay a large fee for hosting the great
number of stray pets, so that the shelter has to shut down because of the poor financial
situation. In order to solve the difficulty caused by the poor circulation of information
and make the user to trust the website has normality, practicability, validity and
timeliness of information, pet shelters should develop the pet rescue platform online,
which would meet the customers demand.
According to the actual demand, animal rescue center site is divided into six
sections. The dynamic, interactive web site is progressed by C# script language and
use SQL Server to establish database in the Windows 7 operating system environment.
Except that, the FLASH software is used to make animation to beautify the website.
The site is divided into six parts: pet adoption, platform, Pet encyclopedia, Adopt
guidelines, Registered user login and back-stage management.
