ABSTRACT
In recent years, the rapid economic development of our country, the elevator arises at
the historic moment, in people's life and has important role in the industrial production, at
the same time also makes the traditional control detection constantly innovation. But as a
kind of elevator and the life of people closely related to the modern high-rise building of
vertical transport, in people of elevator running safety, efficient and willfulness, comfort
requirements in the process of constantly improve, also got rapid growth. Nowadays,
there are two ways of elevator control form adopted by most of the people, electric control
system composed of common relay is one of them; Control form to choose another kind of
programmable controller to replace relay electric control system.
On the foundation of the existing general frequency converter, through comparison of
relay selection of general electric control system and PLC control system, the advantages
and disadvantages of and this design chooses programmable controller of the elevator
control. In order to achieve automatic control of elevator running effect, the software
control to make to further improve the reliability of the control system. Control system of its
structure is simple and clear, and the stability of the work is very high, functions and
operations are relatively perfect. Also easy and other equipment, use once in supporting
the use of the function of the control system is more perfect, also can improve their ability
to control, more effective exercise myself I supervision and management function, make
the equipment operation more safe, more convenient. By the elevator control system is
aimed at four layer. Replace stodgy relay control system, completed by frequency
conversion governor of elevator drag speed regulation, PLC combined with control
equipment, collection of PLC control system, to achieve the various control functions of
the elevator, raise the stability of the elevator running performance and reliable
performance, makes the decline in the probability of failure.
