基于 PLC 自动运料小车设计
摘要
PLC(Programmable controller)是可编程序控制器简称,定义为“一种
数字运算操作电子系统,专为工业环境下应用而设计”。是为了满足人们对控制
装提出经济、可靠、通用、易变、易修而应运而生。故而在 PLC 被设计出制造出
来之后,得到了非常广泛应用。并且由于应用领域及用途不断扩大,PLC 自身也
在这种情势发展迅猛。致使 PLC 在制作成本持续下降前提下,保持着提高集成度、
缩小体积、加大自身容量、提高运营速度、以便使用和综合性能加强发展趋势。
当前由于 PLC 具备价格低廉、可靠性高、合用性强、使用简朴灵活、维护和修改
以便等长处,在世界范畴内各个行业领域得到了广泛应用。
由于国内制造业迅猛发展,老式人工运送生产材料方式已成为提高生产力桎
梏,而本设计中将运料小车这一重要生产工具由手动变为自动化,在大大提高生
产效率同步,还解放了劳动力、保障了生产安全、减少了生产对于环境规定,并
在一定限度上提高了生产自动化限度。
本设计以 PLC 历史和运料小车现状为切入点,详细讲述了用 PLC 来控制运
料小车系统相对于其她自动生产系统当前所具备优势及良好前景。并为该系统提
出了一系列严谨细致且切实可行设计。

Automatic Haul Car Design Based on PLC
Abstract
PLC (Programmable controller) is referred to as programmable logic controllers ,
defined as " an electronic digital computing operating system ,designed for industrial
environment applications and design ." In order to meet people's economic control
equipment proposed ,reliable ,universal ,variable ,easy to repair and came into
being . Therefore ,after the PLC is designed manufactured ,has been very widely
used. And because applications and uses expanding , PLC itself is also such a
situation is developing rapidly. PLC causing production costs continued to decline in
the premise ,to maintain a higher integration and reduce the size and increase their
capacity to enhance the speed,ease of use and enhanced overall performance trends .
PLC has a current due to low prices ,high reliability,applicability,easy to use and
flexible,and easy to maintain and modify ,in various industry sectors worldwide has
been widely used.
Due to the rapid development of domestic manufacturing , transportation and
production materials traditional manual methods to increase productivity has become
shackles ,and the design will haul the car this important production tool manually
into automation ,greatly improving production efficiency at the same time , also
liberated workforce to ensure production safety and reduce the production
requirements of the environment , and to some extent , improve the degree of
production automation .
The design of the history and current situation of PLC haul the car as a starting
point ,a detailed account of the haul with a PLC to control the car 's system compared
to other automated production system is currently the advantages and good prospects.
And made a series of rigorous and meticulous and practical design for the system .
