广州市振兴办公楼设计
摘要
本设计为拟建的广州市振兴办公楼,主要包括两部分。一是建筑方案设计,根据任
务书的功能要求选择合理的柱网尺寸和结构形式来布置建筑的主要用房,并且选择合理
的工程做法;二是结构方案的设计,选取一榀典型框架进行设计计算。在明确计算简图
的前提下,进一步确定框架承受的荷载,包括恒荷载、屋(楼)面荷载,在此基础上进
行框架内力计算(采用 D 值法计算风荷载作用下的内力,采用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向
荷载作用下的内力)、内力组合、梁、柱和基础等构件的配筋计算。
通过本次毕业设计,我对框架结构设计过程有了更深刻的了解。

Design of Office Building for Guangzhou
Zhenxing
Abstract
The design for the revitalization of Guangzhou City office building, mainly consists of
two parts. One is the architectural design, the main room to decorate a building according to
the grid size and structure of the functional requirements of the task book selection, and select
rational engineering practice; two is the structural design, select a typical framework design.
In the explicit calculation diagram under the premise, further determining the frame under
load, including dead load, house (floor) surface loads, based on the calculation of internal
forces of frame (the D value method to calculate the internal force, wind loads of the moment
two methods of distribution to calculate the vertical load of the internal forces, the calculation
of reinforcement) the combination of internal forces, beam, column and foundation member.
Through this graduation design, I have a more profound understanding to the frame
structure design process.
